4 November 2026 — New kinds of voucher
Employers can now order work clothing, leisure and incentive vouchers, and the multi voucher.
- Bounou clears a shop for work clothing, leisure or incentive vouchers from what its documents show it sells, as it does for meal and service vouchers. You cannot tick a kind yourself.
- The multi voucher is accepted at any shop cleared for a kind other than meal. A shop cleared for meal alone does not take it.
3 November 2026 — Transfers when you ask for them
You no longer wait for Wednesday: ask for a transfer of your settled value whenever you like.
- From the Finance page of the web console, and from Bounou Pro since 4 November.
- A transfer is at least 100.000 TND. Each costs 2.000 TND at the bank: below 500.000 TND it comes out of the transfer; from 500.000 TND, Bounou pays it.
- The Wednesday transfer stays. It goes out once you reach your minimum — 100.000 TND unless you set it higher — or you can choose to be paid only when you ask.
- Enter your RIB in the web console; Bounou approves it before any transfer goes to it.
3 November 2026 — Your statement
Every movement of what you are owed between two dates, with each transfer under the bank's reference, to match against your bank statement.
- Download it as a CSV file, in your language, from the Finance page of the web console.
3 November 2026 — Orders from delivery apps
A delivery app can send orders in a restaurant's name only once that restaurant has switched the app on.
- Switch each app on, or off, in your web console's settings, under Delivery apps.
- Only delivery apps that have signed with Bounou appear there.
- An order a member approves settles like a sale at your counter, at your own rate.
- A member can add a tip to a delivery order. It is shown apart from the sale and pays commission like any sale.
Your shop poster
Bounou Pro makes a poster for your shop: your name, and a QR code that opens your page on the Bounou map, where customers see which vouchers you accept.
- In Bounou Pro, open More, then Shop poster.
- Print it and put it where customers can see it.
- Customers do not pay by scanning it: at the counter, you scan their code.
